We had 40 vinyl windows installed, new gutters hung, and trim painted. We also had new screens put on our porch windows, and some of the wood trim replaced. We were very pleased with the service that My Guys provided. Shawn and Joe, the owners, were great to work with. Their work crews were also friendly and courteous. My Guys Remodeling is owned by Shawn Sell and Joe Bass. They offer excellent products for their work, have great crews to do the work and top it off with outstanding customer service. Shawn and Joe came out to the house to discuss the changes my husband and I wanted to make to the exterior of our home. They listened, made suggestions, demonstrated the siding and windows they used in their remodeling in a very pleasant and professional manner. Once we made our decision and came up with a renovation plan we liked, Joe drew up a contract and explained everything to us in detail. It was very clear what work was to be done and what the cost would be. My Guys Remodeling delivered on everything they promised. There were no surprises. The work was excellent down to the last detail. It was completed in the time specified (~2 weeks) and the crew was very courteous and professional. They were very respectful of our property and pets while working on our house. When the work was completed, all areas were left clean and free of debris. I had agreed to paint my doors myself to match the color of the new shutters. I called Joe and left him a voicemail asking him if I could borrow one of his shutter samples to match the paint. When I got home, there was a gallon of matching paint waiting for me on my front porch. Joe took it upon himself to do it. Joe and Shaw made many visits to my property, checking on the progress and quality of the work. Joe did a final inspection with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work before the final check was written. It was the best experience we have had with contractors remodeling our home. We have had previous experiences that were nightmares, but My Guys Remodeling renewed my faith in customer service and quality workmanship. I recommend them highly with the utmost confidence that they will do an excellent job for anyone who hires them. I plan to contact them again to remodel my bathrooms.
